Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
