- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cooked chicken and orzo pasta to the broth. Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
