Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add mashed bananas to the wet mixture and stir until integrated.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt in a dry bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding gently to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
