- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the frozen tater tots evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the sauce mixture over the tots. Add half of the diced ham and cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining tots, sauce, ham, and cheese.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sautéed vegetables.
- Use fresh herbs for garnish like parsley or chives.
