- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, sliced peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto buns, top with shredded cheese, and serve warm.
