- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in cooked orzo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Remove from heat and fold in crumbled feta cheese, basil, and parsley.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Adjust lemon juice and herbs to taste for a personalized flavor.
