Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mix in milk and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with bacon bits, green onions, and crumbled sesame buns if desired.

- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a squeeze of Dijon mustard.
