- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange sweet potato slices on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes or fresh thyme before baking. Can be prepared ahead and reheated slightly before serving.
