Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, and vanilla. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter to the dry ingredients and cut in with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in oats. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
