Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and green onions in a bowl.

- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until fully cooked and sauce has thickened.
