- 2 teaspoons smoked chipotle powder

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey and smoked chipotle powder to create the sauce.
- Season chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the honey-chipotle sauce to the skillet, toss to coat the chicken evenly, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the glazed chicken over cooked rice, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.

- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chipotle powder.
- For extra color and flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or corn.
