  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  6. Transfer baked meatballs to a serving dish and toss with the spicy-sweet sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
