- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Transfer baked meatballs to a serving dish and toss with the spicy-sweet sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
