- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil, combining well.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and sticky.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste for more sweetness or saltiness.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for vegetarian option.
