Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push chicken to one side, add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce into the pan with chicken and garlic, stirring to coat evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring noodles are coated with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
