- 4 large jalapenos, diced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
- Add diced jalapenos and minced garlic; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot topped with crumbled bacon and fresh cilantro.
Notes
Adjust the spiciness by adding more or fewer jalapenos. For a vegetarian version, skip the bacon and add more cheese or toppings of your choice.
