Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 pound chicken breast or thighs, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions and red chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, season diced chicken with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, coat chicken with remaining olive oil and sweet chili sauce.
- Once Brussels sprouts are done, remove and set aside. Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Toss cooked chicken with the remaining sweet chili sauce. Serve chicken on top of sprouts, garnished with green onions and red chili flakes.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red chili flakes.
- For a gluten-free version, ensure your sweet chili sauce is gluten-free.
