Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 pound chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and red chili flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, season diced chicken with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, coat chicken with remaining olive oil and sweet chili sauce.
  5. Once Brussels sprouts are done, remove and set aside. Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  6. Toss cooked chicken with the remaining sweet chili sauce. Serve chicken on top of sprouts, garnished with green onions and red chili flakes.
