Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe small bite-sized pieces onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place churro bites in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and fluffy.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Toss cooked churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
Notes
- You can serve these churro bites with chocolate or caramel dipping sauce for extra flavor.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
