- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Season the beef pieces with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the beef pieces, cook until browned on all sides.
- Transfer beef to the slow cooker, pour garlic butter mixture over the top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
