- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through and gravy is thickened.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or mushrooms to the gravy for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, and serve with fresh parsley garnish.
