- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sliced onions; sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and cook until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or chili sauce.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for beef.
