- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour balsamic mixture over chicken, add cherry tomatoes and zucchini.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and glaze is thickened.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

- Adjust honey for sweeter glaze.
