Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked tortellini with basil pesto until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
