Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, then add cooked pasta. Mix well.
