- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, then add cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

- For a spicy kick, incorporate red pepper flakes during cooking.
