- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes until coated and glossy.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
