- For the dough:
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

- For the peach filling:
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm the milk to about 110°F, then sprinkle yeast over it and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled.
- Meanwhile, prepare the peach filling by mixing diced peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- After the dough has risen, punch down and roll into a 16×10 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the peach filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side, then cut into 12 equal slices. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

- For best results, use ripe peaches for sweeter filling.
