- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
- Adjust spiciness by increasing or decreasing garam masala and chili powder.
- Best served fresh but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
