Perfect for busy mornings or relaxed weekend brunches, these homemade sliders combine crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese sandwiched in soft slider buns for a satisfying and flavorful breakfast treat.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns or small sandwich rolls
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting buns (optional)
  • Fresh chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy using your preferred method—oven, skillet, or air fryer. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to create a fluffy mixture.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a nonstick skillet over medium heat and gently scramble until just set but still soft.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast in butter or toaster.
  5. Layer each bun with a slice of bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Close the sliders and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, toast the buns with butter before assembling.
  • Use turkey bacon or vegetarian alternatives to customize.
  • Prepare the bacon and eggs ahead of time for quicker assembly.
  • To keep warm, reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
