  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced steak with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak slices for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté red onions for 2 minutes.
