- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Cook orzo in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Stir in cooked orzo, lemon juice, lemon zest, and feta cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute the shrimp with scallops or chicken for variety.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes during cooking.
