- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for another minute.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sauce ingredients to taste for more sweetness or saltiness.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
