- 1 pound cooked chicken shredded
- 2 cups white beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can diced green chilies

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro and lime for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded chicken and white beans. Cook for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or chicken sausage for added flavor.
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
