- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 package puff pastry or biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide beef mixture into 8 portions and shape into small burgers.
- Cut puff pastry into squares large enough to wrap each burger.
- Place a burger in the center of each square, fold edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
