- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Notes
- Use fresh parsley for the best flavor.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- You can also brown the meatballs in a skillet before baking for extra texture.
