  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Pour whiskey into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
