- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, salt, and pepper. Cook slowly, stirring frequently until golden brown and caramelized, about 30 minutes.
- Spread caramelized onions evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Garnish with thyme leaves.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add a splash of balsamic vinegar during caramelization for extra flavor.
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
