- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bites
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef bites with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add beef bites and sear until browned on all sides.
- Transfer to slow cooker, pour garlic butter over the beef, and add thyme.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of beef broth during cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
