Instructions
- Slice the sponge cake into small cubes or layers.
- In a clear glass bowl or trifle dish, layer sponge cake, followed by custard, then fruits.
- Repeat layers until the dish is filled, finishing with fruits and whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
