- 1 pound Italian sausage links or sliced sausage
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place sausages in the slow cooker. Add sliced bell peppers and onions on top.
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until sausages are cooked through and peppers are tender.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
