Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
