- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked rice into the beef mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with fresh herbs if desired.
