Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, ginger, garlic, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Form into small dumplings.
- Prepare the broth by combining vegetable broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Gently add the dumplings into the simmering broth and cook until they float, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped herbs and serve hot.
