- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
