Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add applesauce, vanilla, and egg (or flaxseed egg), then mix until a scoopable dough forms.
  3. Form small bite-sized pieces from the dough using a spoon, piping bag, or rolling into logs and cutting into rounds.
