- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 12 ounces sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Return steak to the skillet, toss with the sauce, and add cooked tortellini. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice to the sauce.
- Use sirloin or ribeye for juicier steak options.
