- 6 large garlic bulbs, peeled

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast garlic bulbs wrapped in foil for 30 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add roasted garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes to develop flavors.
- Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender to puree until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
