- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
