Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and evenly sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over each piece.
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
