- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until everything is evenly coated and heated through.

- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor.
