- 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Combine cooked pasta and chicken in the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
