Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with half of the garlic butter mixture and place on the prepared sheet.
- Arrange vegetables around the chicken and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
